Free the Fund Community Grant programme
The Free the Fund Community Grant programme is provided by Rowntree Sweets (a division of Nestlé) and administered by Groundwork. The aim of the funding is to support the hosting of summer activities in the local community for people aged between 21 and 65 years old. Eligible projects ideas include transforming an outdoor space or community garden, running a summer art festival or purchasing sports, arts, theatre or music equipment.
Local councils are not permitted to apply but many local community groups may apply and our members are encouraged to forward details of this fund to local groups they have contact with.
