🚰 A Quick Reminder about Yorkshire Water’s Priority Services Register (PSR) 🚰

Recent burst water mains and unexpected outages across our area have highlighted how difficult losing your water supply can be, particularly for residents who may be more vulnerable or rely on water for medical or care needs.

If you, a family member, friend, or neighbour could need extra support during an unplanned interruption to your water supply, we would strongly encourage you to sign up to Yorkshire Water’s Priority Services Register.

The service is free and is designed to help customers who may be elderly, disabled, living with a medical condition, have young children, or need additional assistance for any reason.

We often don’t think about these things until an emergency occurs, but being registered in advance means Yorkshire Water can identify and support those who may need extra help when unexpected incidents happen.
